These terms apply to your use of App Shots Studio (appshotsstudio.com), operated by J and S Studio. By using the site, you agree to them.
1. You own what you make
The images you create with the Studio belong to you. You may use, change, sell and publish them for any lawful purpose, including commercial app listings, websites and advertising. No attribution is required.
The phone frames and backgrounds included in your images are provided for use in those images. You may not extract them to redistribute them as stand-alone assets.
2. Your content
You are responsible for the screenshots and text you put into the Studio. Only use content you have the right to use, and don't create images that infringe someone else's rights, are illegal, or break the App Store's or Google Play's rules.
Device names such as iPhone are trademarks of their owners. App Shots Studio isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Google.
3. No guarantee
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We follow Apple's and Google's published screenshot requirements, but the stores can change their rules at any time, and approval of your listing is up to them. Check your images before submitting them.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, J and S Studio isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the images you create with it.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
