1. Ownership & License of Rendered Graphics

100% Commercial Ownership: You retain complete, unrestricted ownership of all screenshots, marketing creatives, and promotional assets generated using App Shots Studio. No attribution required.

All screenshots, graphics, and images generated using App Shots Studio belong 100% to you. You retain full commercial and non-commercial rights to publish, modify, monetize, and distribute your exported App Store and Google Play screenshots across any platform or store listing.

2. Permitted Use

You agree to use App Shots Studio only for lawful purposes. You must not upload or render content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or rights of privacy, or that violates applicable laws or app store guidelines.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

App Shots Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our export engine strictly targets official Apple App Store (1290 × 2796 px) and Google Play (1080 × 2400 px) display specifications with 24-bit opaque PNG output, developers are responsible for final review before submitting assets to Apple App Store Connect or Google Play Console.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall App Shots Studio, J and S Studio, or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or generated assets.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
