Who We Are & Why We Built App Shots Studio
Every mobile developer and designer knows the frustration of preparing store assets for release day. Between shifting screen aspect ratios, rigid Apple App Store Connect alpha channel restrictions, Google Play 20:9 dimension rules, and complex design software subscription walls, publishing an update often becomes an arduous chore.
We built App Shots Studio as a free, specialized web workstation dedicated entirely to mobile screenshot production. Our browser-based studio allows indie developers, startup founders, and agency teams to frame app screens inside realistic titanium hardware bezels, apply beautiful panoramic color palettes, and export 24-bit opaque PNG files that pass automated app store ingest gates without friction.
Active Curation & Development Changelog
We maintain an active release schedule to adapt to new operating system releases, display aspect ratios, and developer feedback:
-
September 2026
Version 1.0.13 — Auto Ads & Knowledge Base Expansion
Launched comprehensive developer documentation center, including Apple App Store and Google Play policy handbooks, structured schema markup, and optimized responsive layouts.
-
August 2026
Version 1.0.12 — Clean Bezel Screen Architecture
