This policy explains what information App Shots Studio (appshotsstudio.com), operated by J and S Studio, collects and how it's used.
Your screenshots and text
The Studio runs in your web browser. Screenshots you add and headlines you type are processed on your own device to create the images you download. They are not uploaded to our server, stored by us, or shared with anyone. When you close or reload the page, they are cleared from memory.
Information we collect
We don't ask for your name, email or any account details to use the Studio. We don't run our own database of visitors.
If you send us a message through the contact form, the form is provided by Mailchimp (Intuit). We receive what you enter in it, such as your email address and message, and use it only to reply to you.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, and what devices they use. We also record simple events such as "screenshot downloaded" so we know which features are used. These events don't include your images or text. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads on some pages.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
Where required by law, for example for visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google will ask for your consent before using cookies for personalized ads.
Cookies
The Studio itself doesn't set cookies. The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics and Google AdSense as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Studio will keep working.
Children
The site is intended for app developers and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
